Why was my request for withdrawal cancelled?

There may be several reasons for cancellation:

  • Only payment means and bank accounts in the SlotClub account holder’s name may be used for withdrawals.
  • The payout of marketing bonuses are subject to the terms and conditions of the promotion.
  • If you request the withdrawal of the amounts you paid into your account instead of using them to participate in our broad line-up of services, SlotClub is entitled to cancel such requests instead of paying out the money as requested.
  • In the case of credit card payments, SlotClub reserves the right to demand a copy of the credit card for examination in certain cases.
  • Withdrawals cannot be performed until your account is fully verified and the payment method you wish to use has been verified on your account.
